LPC-Associate Supervision in TX

Choosing a supervisor is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as an LPC-Associate. You deserve a supervisor who prioritizes client safety while supporting your growth into an ethical, autonomous, and authentic clinician.

My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens through connection. I strive to create a supportive space where you can strengthen your clinical skills while developing your identity as an ethical, authentic, and socially aware clinician.

Clinical work does not happen in isolation. Our clients, ourselves, and the systems we navigate are shaped by culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences. Because of this, supervision is not only about learning skills. It is also about exploring context, power, and the many factors that influence the therapeutic relationship. Your lived experience and perspective are valuable parts of this process. You do not have to leave parts of yourself at the door to become an effective clinician.

Together, we will create space to explore your strengths, challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, receive honest feedback, and cultivate a clinical style that feels aligned with your values. I believe learning happens best in a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing with confidence. Supervision is a partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and honest feedback. You already bring knowledge, skills, and strengths to this work; my role is to help you refine them.

I provide individual and group supervision for LPC-Associates working toward full licensure in Texas through a virtual format, making supervision accessible wherever you are in the state. If my style of supervision sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to send me an email and we can schedule a time to chat!

Your supervision. Your voice. Your growth.
