Individual Therapy 

My approach is collaborative, relational and rooted in principles of equity, dignity, and collective well-being. I have advanced training in supporting neurodivergent individuals, trauma recovery, building self worth and anxiety/depression. My practice is LGBTQIA+, polyamory/CNM, and kink affirming, and I have received specialized training to support clients with these identities and lived experiences.

Trauma Therapy

I am trauma trained and provide EMDR Services and WET as well. EMDR is a structured trauma therapy that helps the brain process distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming and more resolved. Written Exposure Therapy (WET) is a brief, structured approach that helps you process traumatic experiences by writing about them in a safe, guided way to reduce distress over time.
