LPC-Associate Supervision in TX

Choosing a supervisor is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as an LPC-Associate. You deserve a supervisor who prioritizes client safety while supporting your growth into an ethical, autonomous, and authentic clinician. My approach to supervision is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens through connection. I provide individual and group supervision for LPC-Associates working toward full licensure in Texas, offering a virtual format that makes supervision accessible wherever you are in the state. Together, we’ll strengthen your clinical skills, explore your identity as a therapist, challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, and cultivate a clinical style that feels aligned with your values. Grounded in relational, feminist, and liberation-focused frameworks, I believe supervision should make space for culture, identity, power, and lived experience. You do not have to leave parts of yourself at the door to become an effective clinician. My role is to support you in refining the knowledge, skills, and strengths you already bring while providing honest feedback, thoughtful guidance, and a space where you can grow with confidence.

For LPC-Associates interested in building a private practice while working toward licensure, I also offer Supervisory Billing Services through Journey to The End Counseling. This service provides an opportunity to work toward full licensure while developing your private practice and accepting insurance. Through this arrangement, eligible LPC-Associates can provide services under my supervision and utilize supervisory billing support for select insurance panels. I provide guidance around the credentialing process, documentation, and clinical oversight, while you continue to develop your practice, manage your caseload, and build confidence as a clinician. Supervisory Billing Services and LPC supervision are separate services, each with its own expectations and responsibilities.
